Blind Box Rules
- Each blind box contains one mystery watch from a themed collection. Some designs are rarer and are called “secret” or “chase” editions.
- A full sealed box contains no repeats—if a secret watch is included, it will randomly replace a standard one.
- Blind boxes are randomized — duplicates may occur when buying multiple individual boxes.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouses in Hong Kong or China.
- Typically, orders are dispatched within 2 business days of placement. However, please anticipate potential processing delays during holidays and sale seasons.
- For comprehensive delivery estimates, please refer to the table provided.
- We rely on estimated delivery times provided by the courier, which may vary. Factors such as customs efficiency and postal processing backlogs in your country can affect delivery times, beyond our control. If you encounter any shipment issues, please contact us at cs@tokeitoys.com for assistance.
- International orders may incur VAT, import taxes, or other fees as determined by your local customs authorities. These fees are payable to your local carrier or government and are not collected by TokeiToys. Therefore, they are non-refundable.
- Please be aware that providing inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or unverified details with your order, may result in an additional processing delay of 1-2 business days. We urge all customers to carefully review their shipping, phone number, and billing information before checkout to prevent any potential delays.
Return Policy
- Unopened products (both blind boxes and open boxes) are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery—no questions asked.
- To qualify, the item must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
- For opened items, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.
- Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, email cs@tokeitoys.com with the subject 'Returns,' providing your order number, name, and reason for return. We'll furnish instructions on where to send returned items.
- A 20% service fee will be deducted for any order cancellations after shipping.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage to prevent "lost package" scenarios. Note that customers bear shipping costs for returned items. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you'll receive a confirmation email detailing the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 2 business days, and credit will be applied to your original payment method promptly.
- If your watch arrives damaged or defective, we’ll offer a replacement of the same model, or a similar product if it’s out of stock.
