What is a blind box?
A blind box is a mystery watch—you won’t know the exact model you’ll get until you unbox it. Each series includes standard styles and rare “secret” editions for a fun, collectible experience.
Can I choose the style I want?
Yes, if you prefer a specific model, you can purchase it directly through our open box option. These are priced slightly higher than blind boxes due to guaranteed selection.
Will I get duplicates if I buy multiple blind boxes?
Yes, duplicates are possible when buying multiple blind boxes individually. However, a sealed full case guarantees no repeated designs unless a secret model replaces one of the basics.
Can I return a blind box if I don’t like the watch I got?
We only accept returns for quality-related issues (e.g., defects, non-functioning). We do not accept returns or exchanges for duplicates or buyer preference in blind box purchases.

Yes. Every product we sell is officially licensed through authorized channels, ensuring authenticity and compliance.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team email cs@tokeitoys.com with your Order ID as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Please note that a 10% service fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing and handling costs.

What if I receive a defective watch?
We’ll replace or refund any watch with quality issues. Please contact us via email cs@tokeitoys.com with Order ID within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the issue.
Can I return or exchange an open box item?
We accept returns or exchanges for open box purchases if the product is defective or significantly not as described. All other open box sales are final.
What's your return policy?
Unopened products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery—no questions asked.
For opened items, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.
