📦 General Return Guidelines

• Unopened products (both blind boxes and open boxes) are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery—no questions asked.

• To qualify, the item must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

• For opened items, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.

🕒 Return Window

• Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

• To initiate a return, email cs@tokeitoys.com with the subject 'Returns,' providing your order number, name, and reason for return. We'll furnish instructions on where to send returned items.

💳 Refunds & Fees

• A 20% service fee will be deducted for any order cancellations after shipping.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage to prevent "lost package" scenarios. Note that customers bear shipping costs for returned items. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you'll receive a confirmation email detailing the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original payment method promptly.

🔁 Exchanges

• If your watch arrives damaged or defective, we’ll offer a replacement of the same model, or a similar product if it’s out of stock.
