Yes—if you want a guaranteed design, choose our labeled box option instead of a blind box. labeled box items let you select the exact model you want and are priced slightly higher than blind boxes because the selection is guaranteed.

We accept returns only for quality-related issues, such as defects or a non-functioning watch. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for duplicates or buyer preference on blind box purchases.

We do not sell replicas, bootlegs, or unofficial fan-made goods. If your watch arrives defective or damaged, please email us at cs@tokeitoys.com with your Order ID, a description, and photos of the issue within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for any watch with genuine quality issues.

We accept returns or exchanges on open box purchases if the product is defective or significantly not as described. All other open box sales are final.

Unopened products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery—no questions asked. For opened items, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage on arrival.
