Each series includes several standard styles plus rare “secret” editions, making collecting fun and unpredictable. A sealed full case guarantees no repeated designs, unless a secret model replaces one of the basics.
Yes—if you want a guaranteed design, choose our labeled box option instead of a blind box. labeled box items let you select the exact model you want and are priced slightly higher than blind boxes because the selection is guaranteed.
Duplicates are possible when buying multiple blind boxes individually. However, a sealed full case guarantees no repeated designs, unless a secret model replaces one of the basics.
We accept returns only for quality-related issues, such as defects or a non-functioning watch. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for duplicates or buyer preference on blind box purchases.

We do not sell replicas, bootlegs, or unofficial fan-made goods. Each collection—from Kamen Rider and Transformers to Snoopy, One Piece, and Slam Dunk—is released through authorized licensing channels, so the artwork, branding, and packaging respect the original IP and carry genuine collector value.

Yes. If you wish to cancel your order, please email our customer support team at cs@tokeitoys.com with your Order ID as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime in your account dashboard. If tracking hasn't arrived within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us with your Order ID.
If your watch arrives defective or damaged, please email us at cs@tokeitoys.com with your Order ID, a description, and photos of the issue within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for any watch with genuine quality issues.
We accept returns or exchanges on open box purchases if the product is defective or significantly not as described. All other open box sales are final.
Unopened products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery—no questions asked. For opened items, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage on arrival.
