TokeiToys n8n Reporting

TokeiToys n8n Reporting is an internal reporting tool operated by ONE GREAT CITY COMPANY LIMITED. Authorized administrators use it to retrieve performance data from the company's own Google Ads account and prepare private weekly sales and advertising reports in Google Sheets through n8n. The reporting workflow retrieves data; it does not create campaigns or change ads, bids, or budgets.

This notice applies to TokeiToys n8n Reporting and its access to Google Ads data.

Data we access and how we use it

The integration accesses the authorized advertising account's identifier, reporting currency and time zone, advertising spend, impressions, clicks, purchase conversion totals, and purchase conversion values. We use these data to prepare and compare internal sales and advertising reports.

Authorization, storage, and sharing

Google OAuth authorizes account access. Authorization credentials are stored in n8n's credential system. Reports and execution records are processed in our n8n environment hosted on Amazon Web Services, and reporting results are stored in Google Sheets. The integration is intended for authorized company administrators. Its Google Ads reporting data are not sold or used to train general-purpose AI models.

Retention, disconnection, and deletion requests

Reporting records are kept for internal historical comparisons. An administrator can disconnect the Google authorization to stop future retrieval; disconnecting does not automatically delete previously stored reports or execution records. The integration's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
